Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Wall Art For Days order. This policy explains your rights and what to do if you need to cancel, return or report a problem with an order.
Physical products — change of mind
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your physical item.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
You may inspect the item in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce the amount refunded if the value of the item has been reduced because it has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process any refund due within 14 days.
Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method.
Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your print or frame arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at info@wallartfordays.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will not require you to pay return costs where doing so would be inconsistent with your legal rights.
Personalised or custom-made products
The statutory right to cancel for a change of mind may not apply to products that are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This exception does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Standard Wall Art For Days prints that are simply produced after an order is placed are not treated as personalised solely because they are printed to order.
Sale and discounted items
Sale or discounted physical products have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price products. A reduced price does not remove your rights where the law gives you a right to cancel, return faulty goods or receive a refund.
Digital downloads
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be sent.
You normally have a 14-day cancellation period for digital content. However, if you expressly agree to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins, the cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content starts.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may continue.
This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

Exchanges
We do not operate a separate exchange process. If you are entitled to return a physical item and would like another product instead, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the replacement.
