Physical products supplied by Wall Art For Days must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where required by law.
We may update, change or discontinue products from time to time. Any changes made after you place an order will not affect the product you have already purchased unless you expressly agree otherwise.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order with Wall Art For Days, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product type, size, frame option, delivery address and whether the item is a physical product or digital download.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Where you have a legal right to cancel or return an order, those rights will apply in addition to the terms set out in our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy).
Digital downloads are subject to different cancellation rules. Where you expressly agree to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the download begins, your cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content starts.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on Wall Art For Days are shown in the currency indicated on the website and include any applicable taxes that we are required to include in the displayed price.
Any applicable delivery charges for physical products will be clearly shown before you place your order. Digital downloads do not incur delivery charges.
Where additional charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will provide clear information about how those charges are calculated or that they may apply before you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error and we contact you to resolve it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order. Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your purchase.
Where a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may not be accepted.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on our website, at checkout or in order communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will arrange delivery of physical products to the address provided when the order is placed.
Physical goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

Digital downloads purchased from Wall Art For Days are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print the files for your own personal use or as a personal gift. You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital files or artwork, whether in their original form or after modification.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish or commercially use material from our website without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
